Professor M. Stanley Whittingham is director of the NorthEast Center for Chemical Energy Storage at Binghamton University New York, USA. I wanted to share my experience with these batteries i bought on ebay from the seller alarmhookup. The reviews do not reflect my experience and i hope this video helps you out. Bottom line is this, they can be frail, per my experience. While the actual performance of the energy in and energy out is good, the dissasembly process is not normal. The shrink tubing was frail and fell apart on me. Be advised. Do you have a different experience?
